What if my glasses break?

All of our glasses have a 12-month guarantee against any manufacture defects resulting in damage or breakage to your glasses.

How do I get my current prescription?

Your optician should provide you with  a copy of your prescription after your eye exam. You may have to ask them for a copy but they will galdly give it to you. You do need to have a current prescription to order glasses, on line or in a store. Your prescription needs to be no older than 2 years to make sure your new glasses will be correct for your current needs

Why are your prices so low?

At Eye Buy Express we get our frames directly from our own manufacture and our lenses are made at our own Labs. We dont have middle men that have to add in mark up after mark up. We are a direct provider and keep overhead to a mimimum, then we pass the savings on to you

What options do I have for payment?

We accept al major Credit and Debt cards and process all of our payments through paypal. You do not need to have an account with paypal to use their system, you just click on I do not have an account and it will direct you to input your credit card/debt card information. Paypal is the worlds most trusted system for paying online

How long does it take to receive my new glasses?

It can take a week to 10 days to complete your glasses depending on the lenses and other options ordered. Once they are inspected and cleared for shipping it can take up to another 5 days to get your glasses. In most cases you will have your glasses within 7 to 10 days. In rare circumstances it can take up to 28 days for some international shipping orders 

What is the cost for shipping and handling?

For orders anywhere in the US the shipping is a flat rate of $7.50 for the first pair and $3.00 for each additional pair.

For International orders the shipping is $20 for up to 3 pair then goes up slightly from there

Do you need me to send a copy of my Prescription?

We do not need a copy of your prescription unless you are concerned that you may not be filling out the order form correctly. You are always welcome to upload your prescription to customerservice@eyebuyexpress.com  and we will double check your order to ensure the prescription is correct. If the order form and the prescription do NOT match we will always go by the prescription from your Dr.

Do you ever have sales or promotions?

From time to time we do. You can simply create an account and you will be notified by email. You do not have to place an order to be on our mailing list

What if my question is not addressed here?

We do not use call centers and reply to your questions personally between 7AM and 7PM MST most often within a few minutes

Will you check my order to make sure I haven't made any obvious mistakes?

Yes, our Lab checks every prescription and if something seems out of the ordinary we will contact you before making your glasses

What type of frames would look best on my shape of face?

That is a matter of your personal style, We have a Try On feature where you can upload a photo from your computer or take one instantly with your webcam and you can see how each frame you like will look on you. It makes it simple to be sure you will like the way you look in your new glasses

Can I send you my prescription for you to enter so I can be sure its entered correct?

Yes. After you complete your order, please attach and send via email to customerservice@eyebuyexpress.com and we will check your order and make any corrections if needed. Please make sure the name you ordered under is on your email so we can add it to your account

Is there any way to check on the progress of my glasses?

Yes. email us at customerservice@eyebuyexpress.com  and we will get you a up to date status of your new glasses.

If I realize I made a mistake when placing the order what should I do?

Send us a email ASAP to customerservice@eyebuyexpress.com   We forward your order to the Lab quickly to get your glasses started so speed is important if we need to make any corrections. Please take your time when ordering and double check the values in your prescription to make sure its correct.

Will my contact lenses prescription work?

No, contact lens prescriptions are different than for glasses and we can not use contact lens prescriptions

What is pupillary distance or PD?

PD is the distance between the center of your eyes when looking straight forward. It is best to have this measurement when ordering for the best results of your lenses. If you dont have your PD measurement or are not able to obtain one we will enter a "standard" PD range but cant guarantee they will be optimal.

What if I like a pair of frames but I would like them as sunglasses?

All of our frames and prescirption glasses can be made as Sunglasses. On the order form just add the tint option and the % of tint you would like.

Of course we also offer a Sunglasses selection

Do you sell bifocal and progressive lenses as well?

Yes, as you look at every frame it will let you know what type of lenses are available with that frame. Single Vision, Bifocal and progressive.

What if I'm not happy with my glasses?

At EyeBuyExpress.com, we make every effort ensure that all frames and lenses are made perfectly and according to the prescription and specific needs of our customers.

Our team inspects the accuracy of the prescription lenses and the frames several times during the production process through shipping During Shipping the frames are protected with a durable and hard case and a microfiber cleaning cloth.

If you are not completely satisfied with your eyeglasses you may return them to us and have either a One-Time replacement OR a refund (shipping costs NOT included).

Our guarantee also covers:

- Frames that are too big or small
- not the correct color
- friends or family don't like the frame
- Friend bought same design
- found another pair you like better

We do NOT cover a incorrect prescription if ordered incorrectly. If your not sure please send us the prescription from your eye Doctor to customerservice@eyebuyexpress right after you complete your order and we will make sure its correct.

Refund Terms and Conditions:

- You MUST contact Customer Service before returning an order and obtain an RAN# which is to be included with the glasses to be returned.
- The returned item must be complete with case and cleaning cloth.
- A tracking number of the returned glasses must be provided to our Customer Service team together with the shipping code issued.
- Refunds apply to orders within 14 business days of receiving the glasses. Beyond this, the customer is still entitled to a replacement within 12 months. Shipping is not included
- Should you decide to choose a frame or upgrade of a higher value, the difference will be charged.
- Should you decide to choose a frame of lower value, the difference will NOT be refunded.
- Shipping and handling costs will NOT be refunded.
- Progressive, Bifocal and Trifocal - There is a $15 restocking fee .
- Designer Frames, Sunglasses, Sport frames, and Accessories are not included in the return and refund policy.
