17 Day Refund or 12 Month Replacement


At EyeBuyExpress.com, we do our best to ensure that all frames and lenses are produced perfectly and according to the prescription and specific needs of our customers. Our best source of business is happy customers telling their friends about us so we want to make sure your happy with your new glasses.

Our team inspects the accuracy of the prescription lenses and the frames many times during the production process. We also make sure that during delivery the frames are protected and arrive perfect with a durable hard case and a microfiber cloth.

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your eyeglasses you may return them to us and have the option of a One Time replacement OR a refund of your purchase price (shipping costs can not be refunded).

If you are not 100% happy with your new glasses for ANY reason within the first 17 days after receiving them, please return them for a 100% refund of purchase price, no questions asked. After that time you are still entitled to a replacement for a full year.

Our guarantee also applies in all of these events:

  • Too big or small
  • Not Happy with the Color
  • Wife or husband doesn't like the frame
  • Friend has a similar pair
  • Decided you like another frame better
  • Customer MUST contact Customer Service prior to returning an order and obtain an RA# which is to be included with the glasses to be returned.
  • The returned item must be complete with case and cleaning cloth.
  • A tracking number of the returned glasses must be provided to our Customer Service team together with the RA# issued.
  • Refunds are applicable to orders within 17 days of receiving the glasses. Beyond this, the customer is still entitled to a replacement within 12 months.
  • Should the customer decide to choose a frame of higher value, the difference will be charged.
  • Should the customer decide to choose a frame of lower value, the difference will not be refunded.
  • Shipping and handling costs are not refunded.
  • Designer Frames (branded), Sunglasses, Sport frames, and Accessories are not included in the return and refund policy
